Group interview process where we were given product and what was expected during the mini facial practical. Interviewer present to watch us perform facials. Received a call back with a job offer soon after.

I’m not sure if they changed it, but it’s a pretty simple interview process. I did a virtual interview and then a phone interview. No in-person interview. Phone interview was them basically asking if I was available to work specific dates, and then received the offer letter later.
