I have cleared L1 & L2. L1 was conducted on Saturday & L2 on weekday after it. HR told me I have cleared L2 Technical round but no further communication. HR is not picking call for further update.

I had a disappointing interview experience with this company due to a lack of communication and professionalism from the recruitment team. I cleared the L1 virtual interview, after which the recruiter invited me for a face-to-face interview in Pune on 6th December 2025. I attended the interview in person, and the interview panel gave very positive feedback at the end of the discussion. They appreciated my technical knowledge and informed me that the feedback was positive. After the interview, the recruiter mentioned that I would receive a call to discuss the offer. However, I never received any follow-up. I reached out to the recruiter multiple times over the following weeks, but received no response. It has now been over two months, and there has been no update, rejection, or closure. This lack of communication was extremely disappointing, especially after investing time, effort, and travel for a face-to-face interview.
