They will have an L1 Interview first which is conducted by some random people from india who i think dont have knowledge regarding the technologies.They read out some questions from random websites and ask and dont even bother listening or understanding our nswer.they just expect the exact answer which is mentioned in the website

Got a call from consultancy. She scheduled an interview next day. Reached the hexaware office. They first told first round will be AI test and next round will be technical round but due to some issues they conducted first technical round. Even though answering all questions I was rejected I didn't understand. Not only mostly every candidate was rejected even though candidates performed well. They are just calling the candidates to show case to their clients they are conducting the interviews. But in reality they are just wasting the time of candidate. I request whoever is seeing this review they attend their face-to-face interview its a waste of time.
