I got call from HR team, said they will be hiring for java developer. I said okay and asked for the process. They conformed there will be 3 rounds, 2 technical and 1 HR, i got cleared 2 rounds, so requested them to schedule HR. They said your profile is in process, i wait for a week, i got a call from them and they requested for one more technical with Manager for Mulesoft. After 2 days I called again and asked for the conclusion they said we are waiting for the response from respective manager and your profile is in process... After that called many times they are not responding... I just want to know, is this the way of dealing with candidate? There is no professionalism....

Got a call from consultancy. She scheduled an interview next day. Reached the hexaware office. They first told first round will be AI test and next round will be technical round but due to some issues they conducted first technical round. Even though answering all questions I was rejected I didn't understand. Not only mostly every candidate was rejected even though candidates performed well. They are just calling the candidates to show case to their clients they are conducting the interviews. But in reality they are just wasting the time of candidate. I request whoever is seeing this review they attend their face-to-face interview its a waste of time.
