I interviewed through an offline drive in Jaipur. The process consisted of three rounds—two technical interviews followed by an HR salary discussion. I was informed on the same day that I had successfully cleared all rounds, and the team mentioned they would reach out for background verification and further HR discussions. Over the following week, the HR representative contacted me multiple times (around 4–5 calls), assuring me that the offer would be released within a couple of days. Even when I followed up after a few days, I was told that the background verification and internal approvals were in progress and that the offer would be shared soon. However, despite these repeated assurances, the offer was never released. The overall experience was disappointing due to the lack of clear communication and closure. They also repeatedly inquired about my notice period, and although I indicated that it was negotiable, it did not seem to influence the outcome. Overall, the process lacked transparency and left a negative impression.
