You interview with the Managing Partner. He asks mostly basic behaviorals found on M&I guide like strengths and weaknesses. Sounded like he was just reading off a list of questions. There were no technicals.

Interview
Resume screen followed by phone interview + Writing Sample review, followed by on site interview with a take home assignment. Everything's conducted by one man (their top guy) and the stuff is pretty chill, 0 technical but plenty general behavioral (Why IB, 3 strengths, etc)
