It was definitely east, I had a fairly quick zoom call that felt more like a conversation than an interview. I would imagine the process is very different for someone who was a camper/CIT than was not.

From what I’ve heard they vary for everyone, some common ones were ‘who was your favorite camp counselor & why’ and ‘have you had any conflicts with a coworker in the past’
