I got this job many years ago, so maybe it's different today, but I applied in person, my resume was sent to human resources and I got a call within a week. I had several interviews with human resources and was finally hired. (Tip: they do drug testing)

Tell me about a time when.... same old annoying questions that every employer asks, of course anyone who actually works in retail for a long time tries to forget all the times they disagreed with their boss, or had an angry customer, otherwise you'd go insane.
