Hercules Capital interview questions

quick and easy, they were all very nice and it wasnt too technical. more behavioral. there were three interviews. a phone screen, one with the finance manager, and then one in person with four different people. the whole process took 3 weeks.

Three rounds with the first round being a phone interview. Then you interview with your direct manager, then a few more people. Overall not too long but two of the interviews were 1 hr+ long
