Very unprofessional. I was contacted by the recruiter, who emailed me asking for a phone interview the next day. I immediately replied to her email saying that would be fine and at what time. I did not hear back from her. Finally towards the end of the next day I called her asking if she still wanted to do the interview, she seemed very frazzled and said yes OK (as if I were bothering her even though she is the one who contacted me). We spoke briefly and she said that the following week I'd hear from the hiring manager. 2 weeks went by so I contacted the recruiter via email for a follow up and never heard from her again. Extremely unprofessional.
