They came to the construction career fair at my school. The first day was like any career fair where you gave out your resumes, and talked to the reps at the booth. The second day was the interview. They sat with my resume and asked me for an example of something I did on everything single line.

Interview process is mostly behavioral as there are a lot of personal questions asked. Won't get too many questions based on school. You will get asked about previous experience though. Consider thinking of your personal motivations and classes that inspired you during your curriculum.

It was well organized and short. Was able to get all the information I wanted and more to see if this truly was a good fit for me. Luckily, it was and the interviewer noticed which allowed for me to get the internship experience I wanted.
