Initial interview with HR to confirm my qualifications. Passed through to an interview with the hiring manager and her supervisor. It was apparent in that interview that they were looking for someone with more experience than I currently had. It was a very pleasant experience. In fact, quite possibly the best interview experience I've had although I was not selected for the position.
