Brought in for 2 four hour interviews. Everything seemed to be going great and then no communication. They did not say, "I'm sorry we went with another candidate", just nothing. Ghosted by a company. On top of that, I got a drunk email from the head of R&D asking me what I thought of his colleagues. Really?
