Phone interview, followed by panel/group interview, then 1:1 mgr interview. The entire process took kind of a long time. I feel things get bottle-necked in the HR dept. It was a month after I applied online that I finally got called for interview.

What is one of the most difficult conflicts you had with someone and how did you handle it?
Quick to get back and straight to the point! The Manager of the unit was very personable and made me feel super comfortable while also staying professional throughout the interview process.

Easy, straight forward. Was very easy going, more like a conversation as opposed to an ask and answer. Asked questions about my experience and how it would translate to this job. Was offered the job at the end of the interview

Why do you think you would be a good candidate for this unit.
Will wait a month after the initial interview to know if you are considered for employment, and then will get upset/annoyed if you already have other opportunities presented. They feel like you should be waiting for them, even though it’s a month.
