Hiring recruiter will ask relevant questions on your production experience. She will then set up an interview with the hiring managers as well as set up another call to prepare you for the interview. Interview process is pretty standard.

I applied online, the Manager called me within a few days to set an interview time. When I got to the interview I found out Henri Bendel is going out of business in January 2019, so this position would only temporary. I received a call back a week later saying they decided to go with another candidate. Apparently the salary I negotiate was too high. I do understand the boutique is small, but I have 8 years experience and am not going to settle for what I was making when I was a Sales Associate.
