I applied through someone in my network for a Student Assistant position in the BIM Modelling Department and was invited for an interview with one of the managers. He asked about my roles in the different projects featured in my portfolio, encouraging open answers and creating a relaxed, conversational atmosphere. Since the position was within the BIM team, we also discussed my experience with visual programming tools. Overall, the meeting felt very casual and welcoming.
