I met with recruiter, COO, CEO and came to the office for an interview. There was great communication along the process, and they were all able to answer my questions within the different interviews.

They asked about my experience, my genuine interest in healthcare, and the type of environment in which I thrive. The conversation was comfortable and easy going which I appreciated.

Detailed interviews, but manageable. There are about 3-4 rounds of interviews. Starts with a recruiter, then builds. Felt standard to what most companies are doing for the interview process. Early interviews you learn about company structure and why they are unique. From there, it builds into fit and experience.

Some behavioral questions: "tell me a time..." and mostly experiential-related questions. Very focused on mediation, arbitration, deposition, and litigation experience.
