I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at HelloWallet
Interview
Overall, it was average, but tedious due to Morningstar controlling the entire interviewing process. You can go weeks without hearing from them. I had already received a job offer elsewhere by the time they came back around.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HelloWallet (Washington, DC) in May 2016
Interview
The interview was quite casual. First step was a phone screen with an engineer where questions about SQL, database scaling, and some front-end framework questions were asked. The second step was an On-site where an interview with six engineers takes place. No coding was involved, but a lot of database questions were asked, mainly SQL questions. Overall, I felt that the process was not very stressful.

Interview
I found the job and applied on Linkedin. I received a phone interview from the art-director (it was a design position). She scheduled an In-person invterview that lasted about 4 hours during which I met with about 6 people (each one separately) from several different departments. The interview is long, but everyone was very friendly and really engaged in the discussion. The interview itself actually sold me on the job more than anything else. After that I was asked to complete a homework assignment which I submitted a few days later. They got back to me a few days later with the job offer. I started about 2 weeks later.
