Interview was straight forward, oops concepts, past projects, knowledge on control flow, sql, java basics. had one round of phone screen, had one round of skype interview with the team, one round of interview the hiring manager

Interview
Heard back on application very quickly and the process progressed quickly. Initial phone interview with someone from HR in New York followed by an on-site interview where I had a 1:1 with the big boss followed by a group interview with the whole team. Friendly people, happy to answer questions, relaxed atmosphere. Received lots of positive feedback during interview, but didn't hear from anyone again until I contacted the woman from HR to ask about the status of my application.

Interview
Received an email from the hiring manager after applying onilne. We set up a date and time for an interview.
I first met with the hiring manager for about 45 minutes and we discussed my experience and the environment. I then met with upper management to discuss the overall health of the company.
After about an hour or so I left.
I received an email stating that the overall impression was positive and asking for my currently salary information. I provided it and they determined that my I was out of their pay range for the position.
