Phone interview and then an on-site. Didn’t seem to me like their recruiter had any knowledge in the field and hadn’t been prepped by their paid media team. Interviewees seemed very unprepared and didn’t know what to ask, and hadn’t even looked at my resume beforehand. Not a good look for a company to have at all. They didn’t really know what they were looking for at all.
