5 stage process with a mix of informal & formal interviews. 1) Informal telephone call with recruiter 2) More formal interview with line manager including competency based questions 3) Task and presentation interview with questions 4) Values interview with someone not in the team applying for 5) Final stakeholder meeting. Everyone part of the interview process was very nice and friendly. The recruiter was fantastic - really nice and kept me up to date throughout the process. Unfortunately after 5 stages, I wasn’t offered the role. My advice would be to make a decision before the values interview and only put people through to that who you are definitely going to be offering.
