It was a straightforward process: one online personality assessment, a first video chat with the HR director, a tech take-home assessment and then an interview on location to discuss the assignment. The waiting time after each step was short and always clearly communicated. The assignment was totally reasonable and took me a few hours. Good to keep in mind that at the end of the process I was asked for references, so it's nice to think in advance of a couple ex colleagues available to provide you one on short notice.
