Helena Regional Medical Center interview questions

The interview process was on site. The facility made everything clear and my offer was sent in a timely manner. The overall atmosphere was professional but relaxed. The staff are welcoming.

First, I applied for several positions over a 2 year period. I actually knew someone in a managerial role and begged her to let the hiring manager know I had applied. The hiring manager did interview me, then I had a peer interview. It was slightly awkward at first, but I think most interviews are. The peer review was almost identical to the interview I had with the hiring manager. I had a good feeling in the interview but at the very end, the manager came to me before I left and said she had several candidates and would let me know something in a week or so. Six weeks passed by before I received a call from HR with an offer.
