The process was very smooth and well-organized from start to finish. I first received an email to schedule a phone call with the Talent Acquisition partner. The TA called me exactly at the scheduled time and asked high-level questions to confirm I had the qualifications needed for the role.
Next, I had a video interview with two leaders from the group. They asked thoughtful, relevant questions and gave me a great sense of the role and the culture.
After that, I was invited onsite to meet with the entire team I would be working with. This was my favorite part of the process — it showed me that the company values collaboration and truly wanted to ensure that their next team member would be a great fit both professionally and culturally.
Within 4–5 days after the onsite interviews were completed, I received an offer. I accepted without hesitation, as I had no doubt this was the right team and company for me.
