First we had An Aptitude round which consisted of basic aptitude questions and once the cut if is cleared then the candidates are selected in the interview round, Interview round and then final merit list
The first process was the aptitude test which contains aptitude questions and technical questions related to a particular domain. It was 30 mins test with good questions. I opted for finance and I got finance-related questions.
Simple tell me about yourself questions, and willingness to sell MFs and other products to your own clients. They would ask about the region you reside, mostly sales and marketing work, they are expanding so there is opportunity for anyone willing to get in the role get clients for the company.
