Really stressful and frustrating from start to finish. First, I was invited to an initial interview/screening with HR. When I responded with my availability, I was told that someone else would be in touch to reschedule, but I heard nothing. Then the email address bounced back. With no other way to follow up on my interview, I contacted the general "info" address and eventually got the interview scheduled. I noticed some red flags during the phone screen (possibility that the job description would be totally overhauled to include new areas of responsibility imminently as part of a restructure, etc. etc.) but decided to continue with the process. The next step was an interview with the supervisor, but there was another scheduling mishap on their end and they rescheduled at the last minute. I finally had the second-stage interview the following week. They didn't give me the time to ask about next steps, so I followed up via email multiple times and heard nothing. Honestly, given how the whole process had been executed, I don't know what I expected. My general impression is that things over there are disorganized, and they seem not to be bothered by the way this affects applicants' experience and perceptions of the organization.
