Heat and Control interview questions

Was asked questions about resume and past experience by the engineering manager. No technical test or digging into technical writing skills. One on site interview that went for about 40 minutes. Engineering manager and HR lead present in the interview.

No structure, most likely prospective employee was selected prior to interview. No HR representative in interview. Declined application over seek but still called to attend interview. No feedback uptill 2 weeks.
