Drawn out interview progress to secure job: Firstly an interview over the phone. Next an editing based task (1-2 tasks). Followed by in person interview in their offices if tasks are passes. Followed by ANOTHER in person interview. Was then offered the job over the phone. 2. Task (1-2 tasks) 3. IRL Interview (Round 1) 4. IRL Interview (Round 2)
They looked over my portfolio as I discussed my qualifications. I didn't get the role, but I gained a connection with someone else at the company, which always helps with the job market.
