I applied online. I interviewed at Hearst (Houston, TX) in Apr 2014
Interview
Came to head office and interviewed with supervisor. He asked me ice breaker questions then we got into my sales experience. he was pleasant. Then i did a second interview with the head marketing manager. he approved. then I had to do a drug test and get a background check done.
Several interviews including a mock pitch with several members of what would be my team and final interview with the CFO. Took several weeks to finalize the interview process. The most lengthy interview process I have ever been a part of.
Met with LSM, and then full management team. Very thorough, professional, and pleasant. Took about two weeks all in before I received a verbal offer. From there, there was a background check, then a formal offer came via email.
