Interview
First, you meet with the HR. The HR will ask basic interview questions and go over your resume. From there, the HR will go over your resume and interview the the department manager. If you get a call back, you meet with the department manager. The overall process took about 1-2 weeks.

Interview
I hopped on a call with two of the interviewers. We discussed the role and my background. Afterwards I was scheduled a face to face interview the following morning with the customer service manager.
That morning it was a brief evaluation. Everything seemed to have gone well and he said he will speak to one of the other managers to go over the next steps.
As persistent as I was following up I didn’t note get any sort of update at all. I was really disappointed because these managers made it seem like they were really interested in hiring me since they expressed they liked my background and wanted to move forward. I felt this was really unprofessional and misleading.

Interview
First I applied and sent in my resume followed by an email invitation for an in person interview. Upon arriving I was asked to fill out a paper application asking for all my job experience that was already on my resume that I was requested to bring a copy of. I was also waiting with another applicant, I was waiting in the front desk area for over 20 mins. This was rather awkward and inconsiderate. The interviewer was nice but didn’t project any excitement about working there and really only had negative things to say. What I mean by that was not about the company but the job it’s self and basically explained that you have to be top of the class to bring in a decent check. Hourly rate was negotiable DOE but was fluffed by incentive for commission. One thing off putting to me was a comment on the strict dress code policy and attitude “ We don’t want people coming in being all relaxed, you are here to work. This isn’t google or some start up, I hate when people come in feeling entitled, you’re here to do a job...”
For me this was a clear sign this was not a place for me
