It was a fun interview. Some standard questions where you get to meet the current team, and a working session with the manager where you walk through example scenarios. I enjoyed meeting the Product Owner and scrum masters ahead of time, to get a feel for the culture.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters have great communication. I had a phone interview and then followed by a virtual interview a few days later. The manager and team leader were very friendly and asked many great questions

Question 1
How do you handle challenges?
As well as how did I handle down time when work was slow?
The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Healthesystems (Tampa, FL) in Dec 2019
Interview
Typical phone screening and then onsite visit. The final round the two weakest employees did the panel interview and these were touted as the best people on the project team. It was as if they did not know how to interview a candidate on their own. All their questions sounded as if they were copied verbatim from an Interviewing for Dummies book. They were also constantly fidgeting with their tablet and phones. I also picked up on a mean-girl vib. Sounds like over the past few years friends have been hiring friends. Also an arrogance that one team feels like they are the A-team and all other teams are sub-par. Hey senior leadership you better work on that one. Great talent is not easy to find in Tampa and you could easily lose the few good ones you have because of a few unprofessional employees creating a members only clique. It was an appealing company, several of the people I interviewed with were top of their craft but that whole arrogance, mean-girl clique turned me off and I turned down the offer
