Interview process was very straightforward. Met first with department manager, who focused mainly on technicals and day to day at the company, as well as describing what I would be doing if I was given the position. Then met with two web developers, who went more in depth on my technical knowledge regarding web development. Finally, met with HR and was given a tour of the company's facilities.
