Interview
Initially I was skype interviewed with Medix and then received a request for person interview. I arrived at interview professionally dressed and early. They required I take a assessment of 50 questions and 12 minutes to complete it. Then I was requested do a role play. They concluded I did not past the assessment because I only answered 20 out of 50 in 12 minutes.

The position consisted of talking to people via phone who are in need of assistance with finding counselors. It was a firm that worked as a EAP.
