There was a recruiter screen. I then had a screen with the head of the team. I then had a practical interview with someone. I then came in for a round of interviews. The founders were interesting, but the rest of the company was strong.

First phone interview with the QA Manager and face-to-face interview with the QA manager and techincal team. Techinical questions were easy, one question on database, given 2 tables. tbl1(custname(PK), custid); tbl2 (custname(PK), custid(FK), orderid); write SQL stmt to get all the orderid for a customer. Java questions : swapping given an array of integers find the second largest number in the array, conditional operator questions The techinical questions were pretty easy and I was not able to answer but the guy who asked these questions also gave me the answers. He was cool. I was really impressed that he provided the answers just not expecting answers from me.
