Interview
They summarized the position and requirements needed for the job they went over pay and asked if I had any questions the hiring process was very straight forward and with in 2 weeks I was training.
Total of three interviews asking about KPI's, most challenging situations, handling constructive criticism and reaching sales goals. First interview will be with a recruiter and the second two are with the sales manager.
The interview process was easy. First you get a phone call and then you get some assessments which you are required to finish within time. Overall it was good experience.

Interview
The process (from beginning to end) was very quick, efficient and straightforward. A personality index was a portion of the process, initially results aren’t provided. However once hired, you’ll take another one and are able to review the results. Overall it was a painless experience.
