(It was a while a go) Think I had a telephone interview and then was invited in for a face to face interview. The ladies that interviewed me were lovely, there were clear expectations set out from both sides and they made me feel comfortable throughout the process.

Easy, zoom then face to face interview. They like to head hunt and many have left the business due to bullying by assistant managers and directors. Not much more to add to this
