I applied online. I interviewed at HealthHero (UK) (London, England) in May 2026
Interview
The interview was straight forward. Fairly simple questions and generally a nice experience. After the interview nothing….no feedback, not even a decline message despite two email chasers to their internal recruiter for an update.
Ghosting candidates whilst they are engaged in a live interview process isn’t a capacity issue - it’s a process failure. It costs nothing to decline someone with dignity

Question 1
Launch a weight loss programme, £70 to £250 per month packages, target 50 patients a week from scratch - what’s you’re approach?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HealthHero (UK) (London, England) in Mar 2025
Interview
I had an initial phone call with a Talent Acquisition Specialist, which she rescheduled twice. During the call, she briefly described the role and asked a few basic questions about my background.
She mentioned that my CV and cover letter hadn’t yet been shared with the hiring manager, which is unusual, as candidates are typically shortlisted before any interviews take place (at least, this has been my experience so far).
After the call, I didn’t hear back for about two weeks. I tried to follow up with the recruitment office, but my emails kept bouncing back. When I finally received a response, I was informed that they had decided to move forward with another candidate.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, and are you able to travel to the office?
1st interview with HR, 2nd with line manager. All via teams. Did not hear back the outcome of the 2nd interview. 2 weeks later still no news, assumed unsuccessful. Very rude and disrespectful employer.
