I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HealthBridge Complex Care and Rehabilitation
Interview
I found it very strange that there were a bunch of new grad RN being considered at this facility all at once. I also found it weird that she never asked me any questions about myself but asked if I had any questions or comments for her and just went on and on and on about the job duties. Most jobs at least ask what your strengths and weaknesses are. Then when it was time to take a tour of the facility she only showed me the lower level where there were no nurses for patients on the floor instead of showing me the second level where everyone was located and simply told me that both levels look exactly the same.
as a new grad it's tough to get your foot in the door somewhere and to learn a lot so that you could build your experience and build your background and nursing but I find something very off about the place.
These concerns that I had about my interview coupled with the previous reviews that I read on Glassdoor from former employees had me hesitant and second-guessing my decision. I've worked way too hard to be in a facility that treats their employees unfairly or poorly so ultimately I am going to decide to take another offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No questions about you as a person. If they start asking questions about you during the interview process that means they're reading these reviews to increase their recruitment.
