I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Health & Wellness Partners in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview process was quick and the communication upfront was great. The issue I have is the post-interview communication. I had 4 interviews for this position up to the CEO, and I had followed up after with a thank you. Over a month after the interviews, I followed up again with HR to ask for an update. I was then sent a thoughtless email saying "We are no longer recruiting for this role, but there is a Business Analyst role available - feel free to apply!". Why would I waste additional time and energy into a company like this? Why would I need to re-apply and re-interview for the same role without the Sr. title?

Question 1
They asked similar questions during each round of interviews.
I interviewed at Health & Wellness Partners (Upper Saddle River, NJ)
Interview
The interview process itself was pleasant and positive. Most of my experience with the company was positive until last year (2024). However, for new applicants now, you really should ask all the people interviewing you about the weekly hours required in your position. Ask them if overtime on evenings, weekends, and holidays will be asked of you. Overtime pay has not always been guaranteed for me, but perhaps that will change for you. Be realistic if you have the physical and mental bandwidth to entertain this expectation. Unfortunately, the company has not clearly disclosed this topic in their job descriptions on the company website, so you have to ask upfront about this.

Question 1
They wanted to know about my prior experience. But what peaked their interest is how determined I was to accommodate the client. What I did NOT know was that the leaders of the company had an unsaid expectation that the company would be on call for the client. Note what one leader has shared in an interview: "In our industry, our clients are expecting us to always be there no matter what time of the day, no matter what day of the week." Interview was on Zoom. It causal yet very informative. I meet with two higher ups who had been there for many years which shows great employee retention. They asked a several of questions related to the position as well as few (appropriate) personal questions which showed they took an deeper interest in their employees.
