      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Health IQ (San Diego, CA)

      Interview

The process took a week. I applied online and got a response 2 or 3 days after to do a phone screening. The talent coordinator was Karrin and she was super helpful throughout the entire process. We talked about my skillset, why I wanted to work for the company, and allowed me to ask questions as well. She gave me more information about the job and then was asked me to fill out an application online which had a list of interview-type questions I had to answer. After filling out the application, I was invited to an on-site interview where I did a 15 minute 2-on-1 briefly discussing my background and if I would be a good fit for the job. I then did a 30 minute job shadow, which was a really great way to see what client coordinators do firsthand. I was then invited to come back to do a 20 minute presentation of my accomplishments in front of the executives. It was honestly pretty nerve-racking because I've never done anything like that before, but it was also a cool way for the company to learn more about yourself and things you are proud of. Make you are clear with your skills to convince them you are capable of doing the job, and be ready for questions after. I found out I landed the job the same day of my presentation. Overall, the company is super welcoming!

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Health IQ (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2019

      Interview

The first step was a phone interview to make sure that both myself and the company felt that we were a good fit. After passing that round, I completed a two on one interview. They like to ask lots of questions, and it can be a little intimidating but they just want to see confidence and drive and that you will bring your very best to the company. I did a ride along directly after my interview, so I got to sit alongside one of my potential cowotkers and listen in on her calls and just observe the job I would be doing to see if it’s something I could really see myself doing. After passing that round they scheduled me for the final step which was a presentation of my accomplishments since adolescence to now. I was incredibly nervous going into this, but it really was a great learning experience for myself, and I ended up landing the job!

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Health IQ (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2019

      Interview

I had a phone interview, a job shadow with a short interview, and then a presentation on my personal accomplishments to six people. The phone interview went well. I shared details about myself and learned more about the job. We scheduled the job shadow. I had to reschedule it due to the nature of my current position and they were very helpful. The job shadow started with a brief interview with two department heads. They were friendly but serious. The job shadow was helpful and gave me an insight to what the job would be like. Before I left the office, I scheduled a presentation for the end of the week to detail my accomplishments throughout my life. This was very intimidating. I was left feeling unsure and uncertain but was promised I'd receive a phone call within three days.
