I strongly recommend avoiding this employer. I wound up going through the entire 5 round interview process only to be told they were going to revise the scope of this position. Three of the interviews were with executives. It really just comes accross like they have no idea what they want and they didn't understand that an Azure focused engineer is really a separate career track from an Exchange, 365, Intune, Defender focused engineer. You expect some overlap, but it sounds like what they want now is for someone to do the work of two people. Imagine taking that much time off work to interview for a role here. Rethink it!
