Interview
The interview consisted of two parts, both remote. The first portion was an over the phone interview followed by an interview through Zoom. The questions were similar, however, the longer second portion allowed for more thorough discussion with two team supervisors.

Question 1
Questions revolved around customer service, claims/insurance knowledge and problem solving
It was very easy and straightforward. To the point she asked basic questions about my experience and told me they were going to reach if they decided to move forward
Very straight forward interview with first being a simple math and reading evaluation followed by two in person interviews.
