I interviewed at Hays Travel (Stockton-on-Tees, England)
Interview
Good friendly chat and was offered the job a week later. Management was a bit difficult to get on with as they didn't like me. Assistant manager took my interview
standard q& a about experience as well as a role play to describe my favourite destination and to assess my sales abilities. it was pleasant but a bit odd just in the tea room with no where really to sit
It was a long process but they were very through but also very welcoming. There was many different stages as well. You would need a lot of research about the company.
