Interview
It was a casual interview. One on one with the owner. Mainly about wine and liquor knowledge especially over local wines. The owner was very kind in the questioning process, very polite and honest about the kind of work I would be doing. I was also told I would be able to become a bartender at some point but I declined that offer later.
