I applied online. I interviewed at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham (Huntington, WV) in Jan 2017
Interview
Fairly easy, approximately 25 minutes long and relatively basic questions involving, work history, personal experience, education, and customer service skills. Personal appearance played a major role, I think, in helping to attain a job in this field.

Question 1
Have you ever been involved in a situation with a customer or co-worker that was irrate and very upset? If so, how did you handle and resolve this situation?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham (Tempe, AZ) in Feb 2015
Interview
Very Informal and unorganized. I sat in the lobby for the first interview and it seemed to go well. The manager said that she would like to hire me and told me that she would give me a call in about a week. I never got that call so I went back. When I went in they said that they did not have any record that I had interviewed or my resume (which I gave last time). I was hired, but it was a very unorganized interview process.

The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham
Interview
I had the pleasure of interviewing two managers at Hawthorn Suites, both on separate occasions. They were very friendly and easy-going. They asked about my background, experience and relevant skills. They also inquired about my desire for customer service and my possible future in the hospitality industry.
