Waited whilst the senior buyer & manager were ready for the interview, although new location after their closure in Beccles same ethos . Dissorganized, employees covering more than one role a time no company HR strong imagen & regulations at present, Employee progression based only in a personal opinion from the Head of Department & how presents the suggestion to the Director. Procurement knowledge, organisation ,Skills,ethics & development a lot to be improve. Junior staff/knowledge on Senior roles.
