What we have here is a ton of Asians who hold positions in house finance office that discriminate against you if you look white all the while claiming to hope that you were hawaiaan in the interview while they themselves are asian. They also made comments about weight. Terrible experience with house chair finance staff.

Interview
Submit a cover letter and resume. It's very relaxed interview with the director and assistant director. More of a getting to know you interview regarding your life and skills to see if you're the right fit for the position and the office at large. Ends with a writing assignment in which you're requested to look at a document and briefly summarize providing a complete and comprehensive analysis in a distilled manner.
