Initially very open, free flowing, start up ambiguities, sky is the limit. The conversation was expectedly in depth and my situational experiences. The interview was longer then most, over 75 minutes. All subjects were discussed in one interview for experiences, expectations, a typical day, company growth expectations to salary and benefits. The interviewer was very flexible in scheduling and schedule adjustments.
