Good, there was a general interview, and then I had to present a task to the interview panel. They then asked me questions around the task, and then the interview finished. All in all it was about 45 mins to an hour.

Overall a mixed experience. Communication with the recruiter was good throughout but the hiring process was slightly confusing from the start. Ended up doing 4 rounds including an initial screening stage with the HR team. For me, the main concern was that the final interview felt unnecessary, as it focused on even more questions about my CV and future aspirations. In my view, these could have been addressed earlier in the process to better assess fit from the outset.
