Very chill and conversational, they were genuinely interested in who I am and clearly wanted to check if my vibe was right for them. They made me feel very comfortable.

Two rounds of interviews -- the first through OCI. After the callback interview, I received no follow-up communication or decision, despite trying to contact the interviewers and HR head multiple times. Disappointing and unprofessional.
